General OOC Notes about voting: This is the first complicated series of votes where there was a PC party split. The PC Split in L&D was calculated by that policy. The lack of a speech in support of the amendments resulted in L&D generally following the party whips, except for more variance on the Level 1 whip where a good dice roll for the amendment resulted in a larger number of defections.
