THE ALDURIA FOUNDATIONS AMENDMENT ACT, 1680
An Act to clarify the legal establishment of Aldurian Foundations.

BE IT ENACTED by the duly elected Parliament of the Republic of Alduria assembled, -

ARTICLE 1.Citation.
1. This Act may be cited in all purposes as the "Aldurian Foundations Amendment Act, 1680”.
2. This Act shall apply to the entirety of the Republic of Alduria.

ARTICLE 2. Establishment by Statute of the Alduria Foundation.
1. Article 2, Section 3 of the Alduria Foundation Act, 1673, is amended to read as follows:

2. The corporate existence of the Foundation shall commence upon the date of the enactment of the Alduria Foundation Act, 1673."

ARTICLE 3. Establishment by Statute of the Alduria-Benacia Foundation.
1. Article 2, Section 3 of the Alduria-Benacia Foundation Act, 1674, is amended to read as follows:

2. The corporate existence of the Foundation shall commence upon the date of the enactment of the Alduria-Benacia Foundation Act, 1674.

ARTICLE 4.Commencement.
This legislation and all the provisions therein shall come into force upon receiving proper constitutional passage.
