Madam Speaker,
I rise in opposition to this Bill. To chain the growth and hamper the expansion of our lands is something this nation must never do. If we shall focus inwards in our development, then focus on that we shall. But we should never limit ourselves like this. We should never seek to limit our own growth and our own future.
