Mr. President,

As a result of the adoption of a Vote of No Confidence in Parliament, I in my capacity as Prime Minister and Speaker Rejo in her capacity as Speaker of Parliament do hereby advise you to dissolve this Parliament early under the provisions of Article 21 of the Constitution. We further advise you to set a date for new elections no less than 20 days from today and no more than 40 days from today's date in accordance with the aforementioned article. This Government shall remain in service as a caretaker Government, pending the outcome of the next elections. Should you wish to discuss this matter with me further, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
