R-002: Water Crisis Resolution

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PRESIDENT ADDRESS THE MTO ON THE WATER CRISIS.

DESIRING to secure a safe, clean, and reliable water supply for our people;

RECOGNIZING that our country currently faces a difficulty in securing abundant supplies of water to sustain current demands as well as increased demand as the economy and the population continue to grow;

Resolved, That it is the sense of the Parliament of Alduria that the President of the Republic should address the Micras Treaty Organization and convey to the world the dire crisis our people are facing, and that he ask for aid in solving this problem from the international community, without compromising or injuring the national integrity and sovereignty.

Parliament will now come to order to consider R-002: Water Crisis Resolution.
